Scans collect citations
Every AI visibility scan asks your tracked prompts across engines and records which domains the answers cite.

Cited domains lists each domain with Rank, Mentions, Share of voice and the Engines that cited it. Your store is marked.

Citations over time plots your cited checks against the leading domains day by day; Engine coverage shows cited checks per engine. Empty cells are gaps to work on.

Columns Rank, Domain, Mentions, Share of voice and Engines. Your store carries a Your store badge, so you see your position between the publishers, marketplaces and competitors that answers cite. A switch toggles between the selected range and All time.
Citations over time
A day-by-day line of your cited checks against the leading domains for the chosen range. Known engine changes are marked, such as the ChatGPT re-baseline when it changed its cited sources, so a drop is not misread as your own doing.
Engine coverage matrix
Domains against engines, each cell the number of cited checks. Empty cells are the gaps to work on. Opening Rankings from an engine card on the Overview filters it to that engine.

Under Analytics, open the AI visibility deep dives dropdown and choose Rankings. Each engine card on the Overview also links to Rankings filtered to that engine, and Sources links to it with View rankings.
How is Rankings different from Sources?
Both are views on the same scan results. Rankings ranks every cited domain, including your store, by mentions and share of voice. Sources focuses on the external domains you are missing from, with a gap chart and a path into Digital PR.
Which engines are covered?
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot and Google AI Overview. Copilot results are observed from its interface or from Bing grounding and carry lower confidence.
Why is the table empty?
No citations have been measured yet. Your first AI visibility scan runs automatically after setup; cited domains and your rank appear when it finishes.
Is share of voice exhaustive?
No. It is sampled over your tracked prompts and the scans in the chosen range. Read the trend across scans rather than a single value.
Does Rankings use a quota?
Opening Rankings is free. It is built from AI visibility scans, and each plan includes a monthly number of full scans.
