How am I billed?
Through Shopify. Choosing or changing a plan finishes on Shopify's secure page, and the charge appears on your Shopify invoice. Sphen.ai never sees a card. You can cancel anytime from your Shopify admin, and the plan table above shows what each plan includes.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, on Essential. It is the only plan with a free trial, and a countdown appears in the app while it runs. Business and Growth have no trial. The plan table above shows what each plan includes, so you can compare before you choose.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Open Settings → Plans in the app and press Manage plan. It takes you to the Shopify-hosted page where you change or cancel. If you downgrade, quotas drop to the new tier from the next cycle. Changes already applied to your store stay applied.
What happens when I hit a limit?
The action is refused, and the app tells you which monthly allowance is used up and what the next tier includes. Allowances reset at the start of the next month. You can wait for the reset or upgrade. Existing data and applied changes are not affected.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Under Settings → Plans, Billing interval lets you compare Pay monthly and Pay yearly. Yearly is ten months' price for twelve. You complete the choice on Shopify's page, and the charge appears on your Shopify invoice.
Is there an option beyond Growth?
Yes. With the Managed option, an agency team runs the whole program for you, including monthly strategy calls and off-site work. It is priced individually and billed outside Shopify. Use the contact option in the Managed section above.
