SPHEN.AI is a live Shopify SEO and GEO app that gets Shopify stores ready for Google and AI shopping. It is built and operated by getSichtbar GmbH and NICCOS GmbH.
What SPHEN.AI is
SPHEN.AI helps Shopify merchants make products, collections, and pages easier for search engines and AI shopping assistants to understand. It finds concrete catalog and storefront gaps, drafts field-level improvements, keeps merchant review before Shopify writeback, and measures visibility against real buying questions.
The workflow is Sync, Audit, Draft, Review, Apply, Measure. Nothing is written back to Shopify without merchant approval, supported changes keep an audit trail, and every applied change can be reverted.
SPHEN.AI is installable directly from the Shopify App Store and offers a 14-day free trial. It supports English and German inside Shopify.
Who builds it
SPHEN.AI is a joint product of two German companies. NICCOS contributes long-term Shopify implementation and commerce experience. getSichtbar contributes SEO, GEO, content, and AI-search experience. The product combines lessons from launches, migrations, catalog work, technical SEO, generative search, AI systems, and operating real Shopify environments.

What SPHEN.AI promises, and what it does not
SPHEN.AI does not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic, or revenue. Search and AI systems remain outside its control. Instead, it improves the clarity, completeness, and reviewability of the product evidence those systems can use and measures observed visibility over time.
Its principles: human review before publishing or Shopify writeback, no blind bulk publishing, concrete findings rather than generic SEO checklists, Shopify-native workflows, and evidence and measurement after implementation.
