### Which AI assistants does Sphen.ai track?

AI visibility measures your store's citation share in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot and Google AI Overview. You see it per buyer prompt and per source, together with the competitors named in the same answers.

### Does Sphen.ai change my store on its own?

No. Every proposed change waits in Recommendations with its evidence, the current value and the drafted replacement. Nothing reaches your storefront until you press Apply, and applied changes can be reverted from History. Automatic applying is an opt-in private beta on the Growth plan.

### Do I need a developer to set it up?

No. You install the app from the Shopify App Store and sync your catalog. Structured data goes live through a theme app embed that you activate in the theme editor, so no theme code is edited by hand.

### Where do I start after installing?

Start on Overview. The setup guide walks you through syncing the catalog and running the first audit. The audit gives you a readiness score and the top fixes, and each fix opens as a draft in Recommendations.

### How is Sphen.ai billed?

Through Shopify. There are 3 plans that differ by catalog size and monthly allowances, and Essential starts with a 14-day free trial. The charge appears on your Shopify invoice and you cancel from your Shopify admin.
